How to start the vehicle, A.B.C. (accelerator, brake, clutch)
Introduction to driving, practice handling the steering, know the basic topics required for driving, start driving the vehicle.
1st and 2nd gear
3 days
Effective operation of control parts and use of gears with ease. Coordination between steering, clutch, gear, accelerator.
3rd and 4th gear
3 days
Coordinate with the engine speed. Practice driving in third, fourth gear. Use other gears as needed.
Up gears Down gears
2 days
Adjustment of engine speed and use of up gears and down gears as per requirement Convenient use of accelerating, clutching and braking.
Lane discipline
2 days
Lane selection, signals, lane discipline, safe way to change lanes. Awareness and caution
Safe overtaking
2 days
Maintaining safe distance between vehicles on the road, development of safe overtaking theory, development of decision making ability and prediction.
Merging into traffic
3 days
Application of safe driving principles while merging safely into the flow of traffic on highways, national highways etc.
Complete Driving Practice
5 days
Practice driving in different road conditions, turns, corners, lanes with full vehicle control by coordinating speed, gear, clutch, accelerator, brake and following safety norms.
